Accountability

Confidence in this school board is lacking.  What forms of accountability exist for incidents that occur within the schools?  How is it addressed when a sex trafficker is employed as a teacher?  At what point are teachers held responsible for acts of retaliation against students?  Should not they bear responsibility for educating our children, especially given that we have a B-rate school district? They take plenty of time for photo ops, they share about donations coming to the schools and celebrate publicly the athletic achievements.  However, they do not ever talk about the hard subjects.  They never take on the challenges brought to them.   It's important for boards to address both the successes and the challenges facing schools to build and maintain trust with the community.
